4. รางวัล หมายถึงสิ่งของหรือรางวัลสำหรับโปรโมชั่น รวมถึงเงินสด สินค้า หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอื่น ๆ ตามที่ระบุในโปรโมชั่น

5. บัญชีซื้อขาย หมายถึงบัญชีที่ลูกค้าถือกับ Vantage สำหรับการซื้อขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน

6. การปั่นการซื้อขาย (Churning) หมายถึงการเปิดและปิดธุรกรรมมาร์จิ้น FX หรือ CFD เพื่อผลประโยชน์จากข้อเสนอโปรโมชั่นเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เพื่อซื้อขายตามกลยุทธ์การลงทุนที่เหมาะสม

7. การซื้อขายที่น่าสงสัย หมายถึงพฤติกรรมใด ๆ ที่ Vantage ประเมินว่าทำลายความสมบูรณ์ของบริการหรือตลาด เช่น การถือสถานะตรงข้าม การใช้ประโยชน์จากสภาพคล่องต่ำหรือช่องว่างของราคา หรือการกระทำในลักษณะฉ้อฉล รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมระบุในข้อตกลงลูกค้าบนเว็บไซต์

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไป

1. โปรโมชั่นนี้ใช้ได้กับบัญชี STP และ ECN ที่มีสิทธิ์เท่านั้น บัญชี Cent, บัญชีสกุลเงิน USDT, BTC และ ETH จะไม่มีสิทธิ์เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นอย่างชัดเจน
2. ลูกค้าที่ได้รับการแนะนำโดย PAMM/MAM หรือผู้จัดการเงินจะไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมข้อเสนอใด ๆ ของ Vantage เว้นแต่จะระบุเป็นอย่างอื่นอย่างชัดเจน

4. บัญชีใหม่จะต้องผ่านกระบวนการอนุมัติมาตรฐานของ Vantage ลูกค้ามีความรับผิดชอบในการทำความเข้าใจกฎหมายและข้อบังคับท้องถิ่นก่อนทำการสมัคร
5. ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการซื้อขายของตนสอดคล้องกับความเสี่ยงที่ยอมรับได้ของตนเอง โดยโปรโมชั่นนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งหมายเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงความเสี่ยงหรือกลยุทธ์การซื้อขายของลูกค้า
