Vantage Club Samba Night

Vantage Club Samba Night is provided by Vantage, trading under Vantage Global Limited (Reg. No. 700271) (herein “the Company” or “Vantage”), to the Company’s clients.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage Club Samba Night ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available on 15 January 2025 ("Event Period").

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to all individuals attending the Vantage Club Samba Night 2025 ("Participants");
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to take part in this Promotion;

4. How to Participate

Participants must attend the Vantage Club Samba Night event.

5. Prizes

Participants will be entered into a lucky draw for the following prizes:

Prize winners will be contacted via Vantage personnel after the event.
Clients who receive perpetual account rewards are required to create a new perpetual account. The funds will be sent to the client’s new perpetual account within 15 business days after the Event Period.

6. Withdrawal/Internal transfer Conditions

Winners receiving perpetual reward account will be subject to certain withdrawal and internal transfer restrictions:

Clients who deposited into the perpetual reward account will not be eligible to withdraw their deposited funds until they have completed their requirements stated in clause (6) or if the perpetual reward validity date of six (6) months have been exceeded.
To lift withdrawal, and internal transfer restrictions, clients must fulfill the following requirements within six (6) months:

The trade requirements are calculated from all of client’s eligible accounts (excluding PAMM/MAM/CENT/BTC/ETH accounts) starting from the date of which the client received the perpetual account rewards.
Clients must refer new clients ("live referrals") using their unique Refer A Friend referral link available in Client Portal. Referrals that open accounts without using this unique link will not be considered valid.
Clients who fail to meet the requirements within six (6) months from the date the reward funds are credited will have their full balance in the perpetual account removed.

In the event where the client has deposited into their reward account, Vantage will remove the full balance excluding the net deposit amount.
If the net deposit amount is higher than the account balance at the date of expiry, no funds will be removed.

Upon completing the requirements, clients must notify their account manager to request the removal of restrictions. Vantage will verify the client’s eligibility, and restrictions will be lifted if all requirements are met. This process may take up to 15 business days.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaks the rules or provide false information.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

DEFINITIONS

1. Participants refer to people attending Vantage Club Samba Night.

2. Promotion refers to the special offer or bonus made available by the Company, as described in these Terms.

3. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the contest, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

4. Live referrals refer to new clients who have not registered a live account under Vantage before the Promotion Period and is referred into Vantage by the participating client.

5. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

GENERAL PROVISION

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
