무료 TradingView 프로모션 이용 약관

1. 소개

본 이용 약관 (이하 "약관")은 Vanuatu Financial Services Commission(VFSC)에 등록번호 700271로 등록된 Vantage Global Limited(이하 "Vantage" 또는 "회사")가 제공하는 무료 TradingView 프로모션(이하 "프로모션")에 적용됩니다. 본 프로모션에 참여함으로써 귀하는 본 약관을 읽고 이해했으며 이에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. TradingView는 제3자 차트 플랫폼이며, 본 프로모션은 TradingView가 후원하거나 보증하는 것이 아니며, TradingView와 어떠한 제휴 관계도 없습니다.

2. 프로모션 기간

고객은 환불 자격을 얻기 위해 최소 입금액과 월별 체결 거래 명목 거래량 두 가지 요건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.
고객당 월 1회만 구독 환불이 가능합니다.
환불금은 고객의 TradingView 구독 주기(월간 또는 연간)가 종료된 후 매달 첫 15일 이내에 고객의 거래 계좌로 입금됩니다. 연간 플랜 가입 고객의 경우, 인보이스 제출 다음 달부터 환불이 월별로 처리되며, 자격 요건 및 환불 한도에 따라 매월 계속 환불됩니다.

6. 결합 프로모션

본 프로모션은 무료 VPS 프로모션과 함께 사용할 수 없습니다. 무료 VPS 프로모션에 참여한 고객의 경우, 무료 VPS 프로모션 자격을 위한 체결 거래 명목 거래량은 본 무료 TradingView 프로모션의 거래량 계산에서 제외됩니다.

7. 자격 박탈 조건

Vantage는 다음과 같은 참가자를 자격 박탈할 권리를 보유합니다:

약관을 위반하는 경우;
허위 정보를 제공하는 경우;
Churning 같은 의심스러운 거래 활동이나 부당한 거래 행위를 하는 경우.

8. 수정 및 종료

Vantage는 본 프로모션 또는 약관의 일부를 자사의 재량에 따라 수정, 일시 중단 또는 종료할 권리를 보유합니다. 이에는 약관 위반, 허위 정보 제출, 의심스럽거나 부당한 거래 행위가 있을 경우 환불 자격을 보류하거나 취소하는 조치가 포함될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이메일을 통해 안내되며, 웹사이트에도 공지됩니다.

정의

1. TradingView 구독 플랜이란 환불을 청구하는 고객이 선택한 TradingView 플랜(예: Pro, Pro+, Premium, Expert, Ultimate)을 의미합니다. 해당 플랜은 활성 상태여야 하며, 본 약관에 따라 Vantage에 제출된 공식 인보이스로 지원되어야 합니다.

2. 적격 고객이란 본 약관에 명시된 프로모션 참여 자격 요건을 충족하는 고객을 의미합니다.

3. 프로모션 대상 국가/지역이란 현지 법률 및 규정에 따라 고객 포털을 통해 고객이 프로모션에 접근할 수 있는 국가 또는 지역을 의미합니다.

4. 명목 거래량 이란 기초 자산의 가격에 포지션 규모를 곱하여 산출한 파생상품 계약 포지션의 총 가치를 의미합니다.
계산식: 명목 거래량(USD) = 거래 랏 수 × 계약 크기 × 기초 자산의 종가 × 일일 환율(USD 기준)

5. 신규 자금(Fresh fund)이란 기존 거래 계좌에서 출처가 없는 자금 또는 프로모션 기간 전후 30일 이내에 출금되지 않고 입금된 자금을 의미합니다. 내부 이체, 잔액 또는 현금 조정, 소개인/제휴 리베이트 또는 모든 형태의 수수료는 신규 자금 또는 신규 입금으로 간주되지 않으며, 따라서 본 프로모션에 포함되지 않습니다.

6. Churning이란 건전한 투자 전략에 따른 거래 실행이 아닌, 프로모션 혜택을 얻기 위해 마진 FX 또는 CFD 거래를 반복적으로 개시 및 종료하는 행위를 의미합니다.

7. 의심스러운 거래 활동이란 Vantage가 합리적인 판단에 따라 자사 서비스 또는 시장의 무결성을 훼손한다고 판단하는 모든 행위를 의미하며, 여기에는 상반된 포지션 보유, 낮은 유동성 또는 가격 격차를 악용하는 행위, 부당한 거래 관행 등이 포함됩니다. 자세한 내용은 웹사이트에 게시된 고객 약관을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

일반 약관 및 조건

1. 본 프로모션은 유효한 STP 및 ECN 계좌에만 적용됩니다. 센트 계좌, BTC 및 ETH 통화 계좌는 명시적으로 언급되지 않는 한 대상에서 제외됩니다.

2. PAMM/MAM 또는 머니 매니저가 추천한 고객은 별도로 명시되지 않는 한 Vantage의 모든 프로모션에 참여할 수 없습니다.

3. 고객은 거래 크레딧을 이용해 헤징 포지션을 취하는 행위를 금지합니다. 위반이 확인될 경우 Vantage는 해당 거래 크레딧 또는 헤징을 통해 발생한 수익을 취소할 수 있습니다.

4. 신규 계좌는 Vantage의 표준 승인 절차를 거치게 됩니다. 고객은 신청 전에 본인의 현지 법률 및 규정을 숙지할 책임이 있습니다.

5. 본 프로모션은 고객의 위험 선호도나 거래 전략을 변경하기 위한 것이 아니므로, 고객은 자신의 거래 활동이 개인의 위험 선호도에 부합하는지 반드시 확인해야 합니다.

6. 고객은 본 프로모션 참여와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 청구(약관 위반 또는 관련 법률 위반 포함)로부터 Vantage를 면책하고 보호할 것에 동의합니다.

7. 본 약관의 영어 원문과 번역본 간에 차이가 있을 경우, 영어 원문이 우선합니다.
