年度13%現金回贈條款與細則
1. 簡介
這些條款與細則（「條款」）適用於 Vantage Global Limited（「Vantage」或「本公司」）提供的年度13%現金回贈促銷活動（「促銷」）。該公司是一家在瓦努阿圖金融服務委員會（VFSC）註冊的公司，註冊號碼為 700271。參與此促銷活動即表示您承認並同意遵守這些條款。

4. 參與要求
參與的客戶必須：
- 通過客戶端或應用程式選擇參與此促銷活動；

此促銷活動按帳戶層級運作。客戶可以使用多個帳戶參與，但每個帳戶必須滿足指定的要求。例如，如果客戶使用兩個帳戶（帳戶A和帳戶B）參與，且帳戶A成功滿足要求，但帳戶B未能滿足要求，則他們只會收到與帳戶A相關的現金回贈。
- 每週一至週五，保持每日符合條件的資金超過5,000美元；
- 每週一至週五，每5,000美元符合條件的資金執行至少50,000美元的名義交易量。

5. 贈金或獎勵結構

Vantage 保留根據其自行決定修改、暫停或終止此促銷活動或任何條款的權利，包括從參與者帳戶中刪除或扣除任何信用贈金，以及取消使用交易信用產生的任何利潤。這可能是由於違反條款、可疑或濫用交易行為，或濫用信用贈金所致。更新或變更將通過電子郵件通知並發佈在網站上。
8. 當地法律與管轄權

DEFINITIONS定義
1. 符合條件的客戶是指符合本條款中規定的參與本促銷活動資格條件的客戶。
2. 符合條件的國家/地區是指客戶可以透過其客戶端參與本促銷活動的國家或地區，且須遵守當地法律法規。
3. 符合條件的資金是指僅針對此促銷活動的淨值減去信用贈金。它包括促銷期間之前的初始淨值、浮動盈虧以及促銷期間的累計新入金。
4. 名義交易量是指衍生品合約倉位的總價值，通過將基礎資產的價格乘以倉位的大小來確定。
公式：名義交易量（美元）= 交易手數 × 合約大小 × 基礎資產的收盤價格 × 當日結算匯率轉換為美元。
5. 交易帳戶是指符合條件的客戶在 Vantage 擁有的用於交易金融產品的帳戶。

一般條款及細則
