Trading hours of Synthetic Indices market will be adjusted

NOTIFICATIONS

e to the Synthetic Model Engine and BIT system upgrade, the trading hours of the Synthetic Indices markets will be adjusted this weekend as scheduled below:

DateTime (GMT+2)
29 November 2025 (Saturday)00:30–23:59 [Late Open]
30 November 2025 (Sunday)00:00–23:59 [Normal]

During the Synthetic Model Engine upgrade period of 00:00–00:30 GMT+2, clients will:

  • Unable to trade Synthetic Indices in MT5_AU1-8.
  • Able to trade all other symbols normally.

During the BIT system upgrade period of 00:00–01:00 GMT+2, clients will:

  • Temporarily unable to log in to the Client Portal; deposits, withdrawals or any actions on the Portal cannot be made during this time.
  • Temporarily unable to log in to the APP or use its features.
  • Able to trade all other symbols normally on MT4/5.
